Title : I have no idea what to put as title.Friday, October 22, 2010 : 9:05 PMGreetings small ones, the exams are over and its time to get down and dirty *Shrugs*To strain our voices and make our throats sore is the ultimate torture to prepare us for the biannual school musical evening, Just like Glee, except our voices won't be dubbed :D The exams have turned me into a megalomaniac and I can't seem to figure out how surviving the next two years in this school can be possible. Sure the results were pretty disappointing, can't help feeling stupid after seeing my level standard. But Im sure singing till our voices break shall cheer me up :D So back to where I originally started , cept' for the fact I kept going out of point* MUSICAL EVENING IS IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH'S TIME. We have basically learned all the songs: Salve Regina, Every time I feel the spirit, Ant's summer and Climb every mountain. And there's still lots to do, dynamics, and for goodness sake, pronounce the words properly, articulate the vowels and not shallow speaking. We're running out of time and we have to perfect everything by the rehearsal which is in 2 weeks, at the rate we're working, maybe not. So stay focused during practice (Thats always been a problem for me o.o) and bring a freaking pen with you so you won't piss Mrs L off. Jot down what she says and don't forget the next second you're asked to sing. There are 101 things to do before and when you sing, and not one should be forgotten. Because choristers worth their salt would know that singing needs both the heart and the mind. Way to go, brains and brawns. -Perplexed, Germ
