Title : The New Song: yes, Salve Regina

Hi! Okay, I know you may be thinking "This song has really high notes and esp the 'seri cor' part is so fast!" Things to always rmb: Practice makes perfect and using your support produce good singing^^

The song:
-Sal(Bar 1, part of "Salve Regina"): Make sure you say the vowels and support the 'L', must let others hear the 'L'. And the sound must be uplifted
-Na(Bar 1, part of "Salve Regina"): Make sure your tongue is behind your lower teeth and make sure your soft pallet is up and your jaws down [Open your mouth BIG]. Erm, actually you must do this for every part any song.
-Ter(bar3, part of "mater miseri"): the 'ter' must be light and not dropping down and try to sing out the phrase lightly and freely.
-Cor(Bar 5, part of "miseri cordeae"): The 'O' must be like the (awe) sound. It is like when you say awe. That means you mouth shaping a big oval and NOT a small circle. And make the 'R' obvious at the end. [You must do this for every 'O' you see in any song when singing]
-Stra(bar 12, part of "nostra"), take note of the going down part and support the notes more and also, lengthen the 'r' and the vowel "a".

Extra things:

B4 singing, breathe in deeply and control your breath flow as you sing.
Use your support(for the zillion times, esp this song), drop you jaws (check it by putting your finger in front of your ear, everyone knows how right?^^),lift your cheeks and eyebrows (this REALLY helps to make your sound brighter and also helps you in reaching for higher notes), and use your deepest feelings from your heart (sometimes if your feeling is deep and sincere enough, you can sing out the dynamics by yourself NATURALLY.
