Title : Sigh, they just won't do itWednesday, June 2, 2010 : 9:48 PMHi guys.It appears that none of your SLs have been updating the blog though there had been thousands of reminders for them to just post sth for the blog. So, I totally know that NONE of you will come and view this blog either. Thus I shall leave it to dearest Germaine to remind the section tmr to read the choir blog. And to demand Elaine to update the blog. I shall check each of your Choir book next week. And those who don't bring or don't copy down whatever's written here shall be punished. THREE rounds AROUND THE SCHOOL. Also, I'm not going for choir tmr!! Cause of the OBS camp. With Rui Ting. So, please do a good job tmr!!! Please try not to slack around! Time is precious!! Don't wanna embarrass ourselves in HK. Time to do those tummy exercises!!! WEMUSTWORKHARDER!!!!!!!! We must have sectionals again next week!!!! Ok enough of the "we must" talk. Let's recap. 1. You guys were great in holding the notes correctly. 2. You are really too soft. The only one I hear is Germaine & Elaine. Perhaps everyone stand closer together? I don't understand why you stand so far from each other. 3. I suppose there weren't too much dynamic changes. So pls work on this tmr! 4. For the Virita Criosa, I'm quite happy to say that it is much better than yesterday. Though I hope we'll still be as good if no one was playing the piano for us to check the note. Generally, the "antavitaoria.....antavita" part is too soft. I think it's best if you guys sing the middle parts over and over again, so that everyone of you is sure and not hesitant when you sing it during combined. 5. For paru parong, it was generally too soft!!!! Almost everyone in our section was there rite?!! So we can't afford to be so soft! If not we won't be heard either on the day of performance. JIAYOU!!!!!!! 6. For Ant's Summer, hmmmm. All I can say is that you guys managed to stayed in pitch when you actually sang. Continue working on it!!!! The "doke doke doke mashigurade" part needs to be worked on too, I suppose. Everyone, let's try our best!! Let's all feel the sense of achievement when we can all sing like.... Sarah Brightman!!!!!
