I HAVE TO ADDRESS THIS SERIOUS PROBLEM

There's always this someone sliding/ scooping the Ko Lah Sang part

AND IT SOUNDS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UGLY

Sorry to say but ^_^ no can't do people, we have to change!
